You don’t need to schedule an appointment to chat online or drop in. Our staff is ready to talk with you.  

Chat and drop in conversations will look different than a traditional therapy session because it is short-term, skills-based support. This is not meant to be a replacement for therapy. These are brief conversations (aprox. 30 min) to provide skills-based support. If you are looking for ongoing support, please visit our scheduling page to fill out the intake form.

Drop In: Stop into our Squirrel Hill Office to speak with a therapist. 

We have staff on standby to speak with adolescents when they are having a tough day.

This service is not a replacement for individual therapy, rather a drop in for temporary support.

Drop in hours: Monday-Thursday, 12-5pm and Friday 12-4pm.
